I am 32 year male and I am having pain in my left heel for last 3 months. The pain is more severe when I get down from my bed in the morning, but it gives me less pain when I start walking. What should I do?

Hi Lybrate user, You are suffering from Plantar fascitis. 1. Before getting down from bed take contrast bath 2. Do Calf stretch twice a day 3. Use soft insoles in shoes 4. Do some ankle and toe ex's 5. Check your foot arch whether you are having flat foot you have to do foot wear modifications 6. Consult a Physiotherapist he will Help you more Thank you.
