I suffer from acne vulgaris and it is more severe during summer and I have a lot of scars. 19 years old overweight have pollen and dust allergy and also my dermatologist had said that I have severe dry eyes (lids) because of sunlight sensitivity (something called periorbital dermatitis). Please suggest appropriate diet and remedies for my face and eyes.
