Sir, I have back pain for last 3-4 days. I have tried moov and relispray. But it did not worked. What I have to do, please give some suggestions. Thanks.

It may be due weakness of muscles or nerves causing difficulty in blood flow to your back. Or it may be due to slip disc of back at lumbar reagion resulting in sciatic nerve compression causing radiating pain & numbness from lower back till legs. You should go for physiotherapy treatment for it to reduce pain & numbness and to improve muscle power of back & legs.
