I have always been having lucid dreams, but when I talked about it to others, they said they have never experienced anything like it. Is it normal and healthy to be having lucid dreams, and being aware of one's surrounding even while asleep?

You appear to be having normal sleep pattern. The lucid dreams you describe, are dreams during the last phase of REM, or rapid eye movement sleep. You are likely to come out of sleep with the slightest of distraction during this phase. You need not worry. You don't need any intervention at present. Good luck.
