This morning after I woke up I felt a slight pain on the left side chest and arms. But no dizziness or fatigue. Slowly the pain turned to mild numbness and vanished after 1 hour or so. I checked my BP it was 130/90 and pulse 85. Did I feel a heart related pain.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your pain could be due to a faulty position of the arm & limb while sleeping - reduce your weight by diet & regular exercise - also restrict salt intake, avoid fried, processed & junk food, have more of fruits & green leafy vegetables, low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, a handful of mixed nuts - do regular exercise for 30 min like walking, jogging, swimming, Also include yoga, deep breathing & meditation in your schedule for 5-10 min - if pain occurs again get an ECG done & consult a doctor.

Most likely you slept with a fold if chaddar under your �rm and neck that choked blood flow and pressed a nerve. Do arm shoulder neck exercises.
