Is diabetes patients eat cashew nut. My mother have diabetes and she is taking tablets for it. So please suggest me.

Yes she can have but not daily. 4-5pcs kaju twice a week. Don't roast in ghee ie oil.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for your question. Cashew nuts can be taken by a diabetes patient but in a very limited quantity, about 5 pieces per day or so. Thanks.
