Can I use my eggs and donor eggs both together in ivf Because I have always 2 or 3 good eggs only.

Yes you can do that but it would require a donor to be stimulated too increasing the cost of the ivf.

20 mm indicates a mature follicle and if your endometrial thickness is good and tubes are patent you definitely have a chance to conceive.

Have fresh fruits and vegetables which have lot of anti oxidants. Citrus fruits are good .Tulsi leaves are beneficial.
