Desonide Lotion is used for: Treating mild to moderate itching, redness, and swelling caused by certain skin conditions. Desonide Lotion is a topical corticosteroid. It works by reducing skin inflammation (redness, swelling, itching, and irritation). Luliconazole cream is an antifungal agent. It works by killing sensitive fungi by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane and weakening it.
