Sour in Lower lip for the last 6 months. While waking up in the morning there is bleeding. Except this there is nothing else? Taking Tozaar 50 for BP. Is it because of any Deficiency? What test I have to undergo? Your reply is very much helpful for me.

It may be non healing ulcer which occurred due to some trauma and since there are some factors which are causing this ulcer not to heal. One of them might be tooth in contact. Possibility of some mineral/vitamin deficiency can not be ignored. So best is to visit a dentist who can clinically find the actual cause. Non healing ulcer can be very dangerous at your age. Please do not wait more. Thank you.

Morning bleeding may be due to lip biting at night or gingival irritation. You should visit your dentist and show him to evaluate the reason. You may get a night guard made if the problem is only after sleeping.
