Meri umar 29 saal hai mujhe pichale kuch manino se sene me dard hona ,sir me dard aur chakkar ana, ankhoke ke samne andhera chana, hath pav kapkapana, nind nahi aana ,nind me ghabrahat honti hai, mai hamesh ghabrahat mahsus karta hu, hameshaa dipretion mai rahata hu kisi kaam me man nahi lagata ,3 mahine pahale stress test karwaya tha heart ki problem nahi nikali ,lekin mujhe hameshaa heart problem ka dar laga rahata hai es vajah se nind nahi aati, koi upay hai to please jaldi bataea ,please help me as soon as possible.
