Im 21 years old, from 4 months ago after waling up from my night sleep in the morning I started to feel a bit of pain in my right side of my lower back the pain could be felt anywhere travelling between my back side of ribs to the ending of my lower back, but not in the hips at all. It still persists I thought it might be a strain which will go in some time (as I have heard strains automatically go in 4-5 months) but this pain is very bad sometimes I mean to say suddenly for 3-4 or 5-8 days this pain will vanish but I stay at my home all day for 3 to 4 days continuously then it starts again and so badly that its hard to make movements while im laying down (points to be noted- I do not feel any pain while walking, running, playing) it do not bother me at all but if going to sleep or sitting for long time it pains at that side very badly I think I have lordosis coz my lower back curve is more slightly bent than normal but please reply and help,
