It all depends on:(1) your tsh level (2) your weight. (3) pregnancy or no (4) iodised salt you are taking you should take this medicine empty stomach. Take milk or tea one hour later.

Mr Kapil, Thanks for the query. Dosage of levothyroxine depends on persons body weight, TSH & T4 levels. Since there is no mention about TSH and T4 levels, it is difficult to give any opinion. Hypothyroidism is thyroxine hormone deficiency disorder. This hormone is required every day in the body for almost every single metabolic function, hence needs to be supplemented daily for lifetime.
