Dear lybrate-user, All the medicines you are taking are short acting medicines. If you can stop all of them and get menses periods, you can plan pregnancy next cycle itself. But before stopping the drugs, think how serious will be if your OCD relapses, will it affect you bringing up the child, will it affect your marriage, will it affect your self care during pregnancy, etc. Prepare your husband and mother or mother-in-law so that they can tolerate your symptoms and care for your marriage and child for few months. However you can restart your medicines after 12 weeks normal u/s scan of child. You have to consult your psychiatrist - she/he may use one drug in high dose instead of 3. All the best.
