I am getting mouth ulcers regularly. For every 2 months once. I took all b complex tablets. Pls suggest some permanent solution for it please.

If its recurring in different location inside your mouth, then the cause might be due to stress or you might have some stomach trouble. You can opt for tab rebazen and lexanox ointment.

Apply hexigel twice daily for a week and drink coconut water have curds and reduce all hot and spice food intake if you have any smoking habit stop it.

Hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal your ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.

Avoid stress maintain good oral hygiene do mouth wash brush twice a day warm saline rinses smooth sharp edges of teeth take multivitamin and vit c.
