I don't know I am a OCD patient or not, but symptoms show that it is a psychological problem, every times I feel that all those things around me are contaminated, so I am habituated in washing hands legs and also in bathing, and many times it is feeling so scared and it becomes a feelings for suicide. What can I do, I can't understand.

You are suffering from OCD from what you say. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs" However, there are many other examples. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly. Consult a psychiatrist. All the best.
