Has any expert diagnosed you have depression. Depression is a process of symptoms that are continued over a period of time. If you persistently face the same symptoms over from 4 weeks to more then you can be diagnosed based on the severity of symptoms. However, for now I would say try to refrain from Allopathy drugs.
