Most common symptoms are severe radiculopathy (leg pain) and neurogenic claudication (pain on walking. Advanced cases may also experience numbness or weakness of lower limbs. The prognosis (outcome) is generally good with proper treatment. Severe stenosis needs to be treated by surgical decompression if conservative measures fail. Thanks & Regards.

Walking for too long will lead to radiating pain. Avoid prolong walking and spinal extension movement.
