Ageing process starts early due to several years of unprotected sun exposure over the years. People with fair skin are more prone. A good diet and lifestyle as advised by your dietician or skin doctor should be followed along with religious use of sunscreen and antiageing moisturisers that contain vitamin C, retinol etc, as prescribed by a dermatologist after skin analysis.
