I had an heart attack in april, 2008, had two stents inserted in may 2008, and thereafter in april, 2009 I had another attack (as I discointinued the prescribed medicines for about 10 days). The second attack revealed that the stents too are blocked 40% and thereafter medication is the only way out. Thereafter I am taking the medicines regularlywhich are isolazine, glimy 1 mg, dyator 20 in the morning and at night isolazine, ecosprin av 75, metpure xl 25, and cobadex forte. Ssldo I do yogasanas half an hour in the morning and kapalbhati for 15 minutes. If exercise in the morning is not done, then go for about 3 kms walk in the evening. Presently i am 71 years of age and retired. Please suggest improvements, if any, in my routine. I did not have any heart problem in last 3-4 years.
