No details of Blood sugar reports, and present medications. Firstly you have to bring down your weight to about 70 Kg. who told you that diabetic medicines causes side effects. they will prolong your life and avoid complications . there is no other way except medicines ,if you cannot control your sugar levels with diet and exercise. any form of activity /exercise is good starting from walking ,do it regularly . but, don't stop medicines

All types of exercises like walking, yoga etc if done in moderation, are good for diabetes but avoiding medicine if not suggested by a qualified doctor is not a good idea. I agree with you that medicines have side effects but if you take them under supervision they can be recognized and medicine may be changed accordingly.
