I am 31 years female, no kids ,two ectopic same tube, tube removed n one recent miscarriage, I had thyroid tests done today, tsh level is 5.04 and blood sugar 152 pp 146 fasting,(had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks on 20 feb. What does that mean?

Your fasting blood sugar is in diabetic range and pp blood sugar is also more than normal ie140 TSH is borderline high. If you are not on any medicine, control your intake of refined carbohydrates like sugar, jagary, honey and seat fruits like banana, grapes, mangoes and cheekoo. Do some regular exercise, walking yoga etc. Monitor your blood sugar regularly. As TSH is borderline high, antithyroid antibody should be done and if normal than only monitor TSH regularly. Under supervision og your doctor.
