My baby is 2 month 9 days n has not passed stool since 2 days. He is on breast feed but I need to give diluted cows milk once in day that to 60 ml only. He is not taking formula feed. Is it ok or any problem is there. He is passing gas.

It's ok, you may give the your baby bonnisan one spoon daily ,and since the baby takes breast feed, make sure that your diet doesn't have any gaseous food you eat.

Newborn babies will not pass stools daily and cow's milk is more harmful and if you give it do not give in bottle and feed with a spoon and then yu have to give boiled water also. If ony breast fed, baby will be healthy and no additional water needed

Give exclusive breastfeeding only up to 6 months of age. If stool is normal n passing once in 3 to 4 days, there is no cause of worry.
