I am a 23 years old girl and I have thyroid (hypo) and I have big problem in maintaining my weight so what proper diet I should intake? so that my weight will not fluctuate.

Is your hypothyroidism in control? if it is, then weight control is possible. What is your weight & height? diet should contain less fat, (no deep fried foods, not more than 1/2 kg oil per month), more proteins. Should exercise regularly for at least 1 and half hour a day. Your caloric intake should be calculated based on your ideal body weight (ibw = height in cms - 100 x 0.9 = kg) if you want to cut down weight then intake should be 25 calories x wt in kg/ d. This should be followed meticulously. Avoid junk food, aerated drinks and sweets. Preferably join a gym.
