I am having too much knee pain lot of treatment some but no relief without painkillers I can not walk. doctors say cartilage in my both knee are finished medicine taken. Flexinova; astabis 4 mg, megclav ,vit b12 injection also but no relief doctors said just do walking and cycling and take painkillers what to do can I take hyalunicacid injection pls suggest.

First get your vitamin d and arthritic profile done and if everything normal inthat then go for a MRI. Don't go for hyaluronic acid without a diagnosis.

U need proper ayurvedic treatment. Don't sit down with cross legs, use knee caps and avoid curd ,sour and other cold items, lemon n other citrus foods. For medication n further treatment consult me personally.
