Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person with diabetes can definitely eat curds, it provides some proteins and also a probiotic. Whether it helps control blood glucose or not I am not sure. SInce it does not contain carbs, unlikely to raise blood glucose. As regards IME 9 tablets, a lot of unsubstantiated claims are made about those. There are no properly done (double blind, cross over) clinical studies supporting various claims being made. Still if one wants to use those, as an additional treatment then it is OK. Do not stop modern drugs and switch over to those. Thanks.
