I am 21 years old having myopia corrected with glasses having no. -1.75D and -1.25D want to remove this completely is it possible?

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. If you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik.

You can remove the specs by using contact lens or lasik surgery.

You are 21 years old& now there is no chance of increase in Myopic power because in girl power gets stabilised by. 19 yrs. You are myopic by around -1.5 D, it is very less power &may use contact lens in stead of glass but I will not advise you for LASIK or Smile LASIK because there is lots of advantage in later life if you are myopic by around -2D.
