Dear docs, I am 23 years. I have always dental problems. Most of my teeth are damaged. I brush twice, but teeth are getting fastly damaged, with black dots, unhealthy teeth also. Is it any vitamin problem doc?

The black dots in your teeth can be stains or cavities. Please visit a dentist to understand what is the level of damage to the teeth. Also, brushing is to prevent cavities; it cannot treat it. From your symptoms, cannot abstain if any vitamin deficiency.
