My mother is not able to sleep at inspite of taking zolfresh 10 mg. If she is feeling sleepy then she is talking. Recently my father expired now. It is 3 months. She is telling she is getting affraid from that time.

Hello, thanks for the query. Zolfresh is a medication which should be used for a very short duration (say 2-3 days & no more!). So, inability to sleep despite using 10mg zolfresh indicates some form of stress/mental illness taking its toll on your mothers health. Since your father has passed away recently & one can understand how hard it is to cope up with demise of a life partner; it is another indicator of that stress or possible mental illness. Based on your information I would like to rule out old age (geriatric) depression or onset of dementia. Do revert back with detailed description of her symptoms so that I can help you.
