Sir, I have diabetes issue, I am using Glinil-M (Glibenclamide 5 mg + metformin hydrochloride 500 mg) tablet. I am also suffered with GAS trouble, for that I am using: Zintec (ranitidine Hydrochloride) 300 MG, I am taking this tablets at morning time before breakfast, but zinetac tablets are not working properly, what is the problem, is there any problem with this, or change medicine for gas trouble, please tell me the proper solution.
