I am fat boy from small age. Now I am 17 I joined gym in 16 age after that I left gym after 2 months clean workouts. My chest became little fat and points in middle I feel that gym is the cause for it and my laziness. I wanted to know is that gynecomastia or normal fat in the chest and I want diet plans for it please THANK YOU.

Most important than going jym is to correct your food habits. Take more fruits and vegetable instead of oily samosa and kachori, and regular walk and running will give you best result.
