Some doctors do not recommend a combination of Formonide 400 and Onbreeze for COPD patients. What is the reason and if this is not the recommended combination of drugs then what is?

Hi Lybrate-user, There is difference of opinion in managing COPD. This is due to changing guidelines for managing the same. However one thing that is definitely known is that in treating COPD we need to use a class of inhaled medicine called anticholinergics. This medicine is missing in the combination that you describe. Hence it is Not the recommended combination. So you need to use inhaler with the recommended class of drug. There are many such recommended inhalers in market.
