Dear Lybrate User, It looks like due to your past failure in exams, all the other exams feel like big challenges. This seems to be stressing you out and depressing you. Here's one way you can deal with negative thinking: - Since writing your exam feels like such a challenge, break it down into smaller tasks that are easily achievable. For example, being able to recall the answers for one chapter. Celebrate even your small achievements. This will help increase your confidence in your abilities to pass the exam, which should reduce negative thinking. Please consult privately for further advice. Good Luck.
