Hi doctor. I work in shifts. It is becoming difficult to maintain my food habits and timings. Please provide good solution for my problem. Also i am getting backache since my job involves sitting for long hours.

As far as your back pain is concerned, long sitting is definitely one of the reasons for it. So try walking about ever 1/2 hr to stretch your back. Moreover since you're indoors most of the time, your vitamin d levels are likely to be low. Get your vitamin d levels done fasting and learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day. Revert back with reports.
