I am being totally negative. I have many negative thoughts coming bin my mind and nightmares. I am afraid of death n could not live a peaceful n Happy life with all these kind of negative thoughts.

Dear Lybrate user, I can understand how negative thinking can disrupt many aspects of daily life. There are many ways to challenge negative thinking. Changing negative thoughts to positive thoughts takes time. One technique you can try is: Start with small steps and celebrate repeated small moments of positive feelings.
