Search the Internet to see which food substance of your choice has high protein and start consuming them. Be sure to have a balanced diet. That means eat right proportion of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and other nutrients. Do not over eat or eat only a particular type of food as it can compromise the nutritional intake. Horlicks or bournvita are also ready made food supplements in a way which are easy to consume (can be taken with milk). Otherwise you can simply eat a wholesome homemade diet which include variety of ingredients. Take lots of fruits and vegetables everyday. A few nuts and seeds can give energy when needed. Avoid unhealthy junk food.

Even these are supplements with lots of preservatives & additives. Consider having milkshake, homemade wheat malt, premix that can be added to milk. Add milk powder too to further increase protein content. Take chenna, sprouts chat, besan chila, dhokla, egg, mango/ banana lassi, dalia moong dal khichdi, atta besan/ wheat-soya roti too.
