Hi lybrate-user. Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease, which means once it starts it will recur again and again once in a few months, especially in winters. The disease cannot be completely cured with medicines. It can only be controlled with creams and ointments and some oral tablets whenever it occurs. Therefore you have to be patient. Consult a Dermatologist and follow up regularly and follow his/her advice. Pimples are a common problem in many individuals. They can be easily controlled with creams. Avoid over the counter creams and fairness creams as they may aggravate pimples. Also avoid applying oil to the scalp. Wash your face with mild cleanser 2 to 3 times a day.
