My mother is diabetic and consulting a doctor from the last 6 years but her health is not improving. Kindly suggest a good diet chart for her better health.

one chappati with little vegetable in breakfast along with cup of tea. After 2 hours one fruit. Two capapatti along with small katori of dal and vegetable in lunch. She can replace one chapatti with one katori of rice. One cup of tea with 2 to 3 marrie biscuits in the evening. Dinner will be same as lunch. She has to avoid sugar,junk food,fried food and fruit juices.
