lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If hypothyroidism is treated with correct dose of levothyroxine, then TSh should be around 3 to 4 mU/L, then all the symptoms are in complete control. So please tell me what is the current TSH level. If that is high, then all the symptoms mentioned can be present. So please give that value, then I will be able to guide. Also better to test your Hb %, because if that is low, then also there can be tiredness. Thanks.
