It can happen to any one. You just have to visit a dentist for a routine checkup and cleaning of the teeth. The doctor shall also tell you how to maintain oral hygiene and brush the teeth. Remember to visit the dentist at least once a year even if all is well. Avoid frequent tea and coffee. Rinse your mouth every time you eat or drink something. Do not keep snacking every now and then. Keep the diet simple and natural (fruits and vegetables are good for ever day consumption while avoiding junk food and sodas in daily diet ).

Hello Lybrate user, I appreciate you for not indulging in any hazardous habits. Teeth may look yellow coz of many other reasons as well. That can be because of staining of your teeth from external factors like over consumption of tea, coffee, wine (tartar present in tea and wine causes yellowness ), aerated drinks. Or there may be because of simply accumulation of plaque and tartar. Some internal factors such as intrinsic stains may also cause your teeth to appear yellow. Or even because of acidity. I would advise you to monitor your diet avoid spicy food which would regulate your acidity. Avoid or decrease the consumption of tea coffee aerated drinks. Visit your dentist for a quick scaling session if the discolouration is due to external factors. Like bulid up of plaque and tartar. Or you may contact us through Lybrate for any further details.
