Epilepsy is a serious but treatable condition provided you manage you physical and mental health in a preemptive manner. Having a healthy lifestyl goes far in terms of living a healthier and happier life but will have enormous postive impact on epilepsy management. Epilespy is know to worsen with stress. Therefore idetify those thing that overwhelm you and take measure to reduce it impact on you. Get away from stress inducing situation or people, if possible. Ensure you maitain work life balance, take necessary break during work hours and rest adequately over the weekends. Avoid unnecessary commute and keep your self well hydrated. Sleep routine must be followed like religious practice. Prioritse sleep over everything else and ensure you sleep for atleast 7-8 hours at night. Avoid unncessary coffee, tea and aerated drink and eat a healthy diet. Avoid alcohol. Consider light exercise five to six days per week for 30-45 mins on each of those days. Make sure that you hudrate addtiinally diring and after exercise session. For Prostate problem Insuggest you see and maintain folllow up with a good urologist. Equally, regular follow up with Neurologist for Epilepsy medication and dose optimisation is essential. Remeber, Illnesses are not under your control but lifestyle is matter of choice.
