Get her examined for open mouth which may be either due to nostril block or some other reason. Bilirubin if physiological, shall hve no adverse effect on her growth. No bottle feed at any time only exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age and continue feeding thereafter with supplementary food. Give adequate feed for good health. U may give gentle bath now. No need to clean tongue or to put any thing in mouth except breast.
