I am feeling very itchy in eyes and also they get tired very fast. Further, all fonts on my computer look blur even at higher resolution. Is there a possibility that I may have to wear powered glasses if I see a doctor?

If it is transient problem then its just the effect of constant starring..at computer screen...still you may get checked for refractive errors... For now keep doing this few things... Don't stare at the screen continuosly for more than 20 minutes... take a 1-2 minutes rest by looking at a distant object Wash eyes frequently with ckean water... Keep blinking your eyes frequently. And you may use glasses with uv protection.
