I am suffering from anxiety from past 2 months. And sometime I feel I will forgot everything, what I am doing, what is there very irregular things. What to do I don't want to eat anxiety medicine.

It's quite natural that when you are under high anxiety you forget things. But being irregular is not a symptom of anxiety, it because of a habituated behaviour. Some time this irregularity it self may be the cause of anxiety. Meet a clinical psychologist at the earliest, have an evaluation done and under go the necessary therapy to overcome the problem.
