Am myopic - 3 and want to get rid of my spectacles and live a natural life, because of myopia I feel different about myself from others and am really tired of wearing these spectacles. There is no medicine either allopathic or ayurvdic which can reduce myopic power but if you have attained the age of 21 yrs ,there is no chance of further increase of myopic power,-3D is considered to be very normal power , you may go smile LASIK for glass removal but if I would have been in your place ,I would not have gone for lasik for -3 D because there is lots advantages in later age of being moderate myopic which operating ophalmologist will never tell you before surgery because there is lots of money involved .
