I am on dieting from 3 daes I eat only morning before going gym almond and @10 o clock 1 apple and 1 pomegranate at lunch full raw vegetables (kakdi tomato gajal onion. Etc) at evening near 5 I eat 1 apple anf @ 8 onli vegetable soup. @ morning my toilet stol (potty kadak) I have piles problems so I change a diet or not.

hi. see you are taking lot of fibrous diet. that is why stool is hard. drink lot of water along with your diet. piles problem is a very vague symptom . you need to be more precise about your complaints. i will advise you to take a balanced diet rather than only fibres.
