Is it due to more no of almonds. How many almond and walnet should I take daily. Kindly also suggest other dry fruit which may control my sugar level and give strength.

Sir, taking dry fruits almonds, walnuts is good but these also have fair amount of carbs. Ideally daily 5 almonds, 25 grams of walnuts are recommended. Excess is not much helpful, will add to blood sugar. Most important aspect of the treatment is proper anti diabetic drugs ether the oral ones or insulin injections. In addition dietary control and exercises.
