with increasing age,  blood carrying pipes I.e. blood vessels become more stiff so there is pressure in arterial wall and  pressure rises, (though it varies person to person) so it rises with increasing age,  so no permanent cure as no reversal of aging.  we have to control it by medication, by dilating arteries otherwise there will be rupture cause stroke, kidney failure hear failure
