Whenever I get nightfall, I feel painful morning erections. In addition, whenever I ejaculate once and again get erection (second time erection) I feel pain in my penis, specially at base of penis. Degree of pain is moderate but pain increases if I squeeze pc muscles. Type of pain can be described as tensile pain (like skin tension or nerve tension). I am sexually virgin, I was used to do daily masturbation age of 13 to 17, but now since couple of years, I masturbate rarely. I m circumcised in childhood due to religious shibboleth. I m concerned about my after marriage life, help me please, what should I have to do?
