If you have "pressure in your eyes" you need a full glaucoma workup including perimetry (mapping of your visual field), A scan of your optic nerve head (OCT or GDxVCC), Central corneal thickness measurement and applanation tonometry (to check the pressure in your eyes) together with gonioscopy. If glaucoma is confirmed then treatment is usually by means of eye drops for life for most patients with regular monitoring, initially more frequently, when things are stable monitoring can be brought down to 6 monthly or even yearly. Alphagan Z is a drop to bring down the pressure in your eyes. I am not sure why you are on Nepalact. There is probably some reason for giving it which is not included in your short description.
