Can hydroquinone exfoliate skin layers and I heard it removes outermost layer permanently o using 2% for 1 year on and off and can it reach dermis and can flow through blood in our body?

Hello lybrate-user I request you not to use hydroquinone without consulting a dermatologist. There are many side-effects and if used for a longer time it can cause darkening of the skin. There are many other creams that are safe for exfoliation and skin lightening. I can guide you for that after seeing your skin. You may start a private consult for that. Menawhile protect your skin by using a good Gel based sunscreen of atleast 15 SPF. Take Care :)
